Dollar Rains: How FG, States Share $4.8bn from FECA in March 2010: The Ag. President Goodluck Jonathan has approved the release of $4.8bn from Foreign Excess Crude Account (FECA) apart from N383bn from FAAC in March 2010 for 3 tiers. The Economic Confidential magazine can authoritatively reveal that out of the amount oil producing states received the highest figures with Akwa Ibom taking $239mn, Rivers $220mn, Delta $211mn and Bayelsa $107mn.
